Please read the following terms and conditions carefully for your information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have understood these terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

The domain names “rent-a-mini-bus.gr” and “pslgroup.gr”, along with the associated website “www.rent-a-mini-bus.gr”, are the exclusive property of PSL GROUP LTD. The company is based in Athens, Greece, at Marathonomachon Street, No. 25. The corporate VAT number is EL802134024, registered with the Public Financial Service A’ of Athens, G. N. T. O. CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW 2251/1994

Upon successful payment, “PSL GROUP”, the proprietor of the “www.pslgroup.gr” website, will email the customer a booking confirmation along with a unique booking number. This number must be presented to the service provider on the day the service is rendered. Additionally, customers will receive an email detailing the vehicle’s license plate number and the driver’s contact number. For easy identification, vehicles will prominently display the “PSL GROUP” insignia.

It is imperative that all passenger details are accurately provided during the booking process. Should any modifications be required, they must be communicated via email.

2. Acropolis Private Tour (approximately 3 hours)
3. Cape Sounio -Lake Vouliagmeni Private Tour (approximately 5 hours)
4. Meteora (approximately 10 – 12 hours)
5. Delphi – Temple of Apollo (8 hours)
6. Corinth Canal – Ancient Theater of Epidaurus (6-8 hours)
7. Archeological site of Olympia (8 hours)
8. Corinth canal – Archeological site of Mycenae – Nafplion (8 hours)
9. Odeon of Herodes Atticus (accessible only to watch a live performance)
10. Athens nightlife (3 hours)
11. Wine tours (depending on destination)

Our Private Tours include:

1. Pickup and drop-off service

• English speaking driver. The tour driver is not a tour guide. These tours are not guided unless you require it so. If you wish to have a tour guide accompany you, we will arrange it at an extra cost that varies depending on the destination.

• Onboard WiFi and mineral water will be provided during the tour.

• Private transportation in a Mercedes Benz vehicle.

Private Transfers:

We offer Private transfers from and to the places listed below :

1. Athens International airport
2. Port of Piraeus
3. Athens city center

You should know:

1. All tours and transfers provided are private.
2. While meals are not included in the price, ample time will be allotted for you to dine at your own pace.
3. Entry tickets to attractions, sites, or live performances are not part of our package. Nevertheless, our dedicated staff can assist in procuring Skip-the-line tickets and provide guidance on their acquisition.
4. Our tours are self-guided by default. Should you desire a tour guide, one can be arranged at an additional cost, which varies based on the destination.
5. Itineraries may be adjusted in accordance with the operational hours of the venues.
6. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the vehicle.

The company reserves the right to amend tour details in the face of unforeseen circumstances post the commencement of the tour/transfer. This may result in alterations to the planned route and the agreed pick-up and drop-off points. Regardless of such changes due to external factors, we ensure the consistent quality of our services. Should a tour be canceled due to unexpected events, clients will be provided a full refund.

Our Drivers

Ours drivers work under legal and time constraints. They might drive you to convenient stops and change the route depending on traffic.

They tour drivers are not tour guides, they do not provide guided tour services, they cannot accompany you at the sites and they do not engage in such activities under any circumstances.

PSL GROUP LTD provides exclusively the described services of conducting private tours and does not have any other legal obligation towards their clients.

The tours are not guided, the driver is not considered as a tour guide and does not engage in such activities.

PSL GROUP LTD is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property and personal belongings in case of fire,

PSL GROUP LTD does not bear or become liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons, property or otherwise, in relation to any accommodation, transport or other services resulting directly or indirectly, from acts of God, risk, incident at sea, fire in machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether or not declared there, strikes, riots, customs regulations, delays or cancellations or changes of itinerary, or from any cause beyond from the control of “PSL GROUP”, or for any loss or damage resulting from improper or insufficient passports, visas or other documents, and that “PSL GROUP” is not responsible for any additional expense or liability incurred the buyer as a result of the aforementioned causes.

Luggage, valuables and personal belongings are under the owner’s responsibility throughout the tour or transfer.

Insurance

We recommend all passengers be adequately insured.

Child and Infant seats

We stock a range of quality infant and child seats, at the time of the booking clients must advise us of their need. Clients must state the ages of the children and pay the extra fee.

If a passenger is travelling in a wheelchair, must inform us at the time of the booking and the wheelchair has to be foldable.

LUGGAGE

There is a standard capacity for one piece of baggage per passenger.

The driver will assist in loading and uploading your luggage inside the vehicle, however he cannot carry all your baggage for you. The driver does not provide porter service for luggage to and from your accommodation.

Please make sure you can carry all of your personal belongings in case porter service is not available at your accommodation.

Clients are fully responsible for their luggage, valuables and personal belongings.

IMPORTANT NOTE

In case of a disruptive behaviour towards the driver or other passengers, the company has the right to terminate the tour or transfer and will not bear any cost. Alcohol is not permitted inside the vehicle

Data Protection Policy

Every measure has been taken in order to ensure your personal information’s confidentiality.

Payment

The final price is configured according to the optional service options of the client.

Prices listed on the website may vary.

In case of a smaller duration of the tour, the fee remains as it is.

Upon completion of the private tour, the receipt or invoice for the respective service will be sent electronically via e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client cancels the requested transport service forty-eight (48) hours before its execution, a full refund will be given.

Price paid will not be refunded if the client cancels less that forty-eight (48) hours before the execution of the transport or tour.

No-shows are charged full price.

Cancellation policy varies when larger vehicles are requested. Bookings may be canceled without any charges up to 10 days before the scheduled service.

A charge of 60% of the total amount will be applied if the booking is canceled within 10 days of the service.

A full charge will be imposed for cancellation made within 3 days of the service.

Cancellations by PSL GROUP LTD

We reserve the right to cancel any of our services up to one day before the provision of the service, in case of strike, weather conditions etc. In such case, full refund or a voucher for future use will be given. No other compensation will be given.
